Key Responsibilities
Executing complex order flows to support diverse investment strategies globally.
Collaborating with traders, investment teams, and various departments to enhance trading practices and ensure effective implementation of investment decisions.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and counterparties to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
Efficiently and accurately executing client orders while adhering to trade instructions and collaborating with middle office teams for precise trade bookings.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of institutional trading experience with a strong understanding of buyside trading workflows.
Essential experience in equities trading; additional knowledge of global markets is advantageous.
Required: FINRA Series 7 License; Series 3 and 63 are preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree is a plus.
Proficiency in order management systems (OMS), execution management systems (EMS), market data platforms, and trading venues.
Commitment to risk management and compliance with corporate policies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Curious, self-starting mindset with a drive to continuously improve processes.
