Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales leader ready to make a significant impact in the world of hospitality? We're seeking a visionary leader for the role of Senior Vice President of Sales for our Pivot division at Davidson Hospitality Group! This is a 100% fully remote position with approximately 30% travel.
The Senior Vice President of Sales will have total oversight within the designated portfolio and curate all business development initiatives ranging from product concept to revenue and customer conversion. The role takes a hands-on approach with the hotel teams to ensure leadership aligns for success in motivating and inspiring the teams to superior performance. This position acts as an active participant on many brand advisory groups and consistently continues to strengthen relationships with brand executives.

Other Responsibilities
- Development of brand and programming top line strategies aligned to complement the best attributes of a physical asset and its locale.
- Concentration on distribution platforms, revenue generating tools and market intelligence
- Demand generation and sales optimization through hotel, food and beverage and entertainment revenue streams.
- Architect and executer of strategic customer acquisition plans and database management
- Owner and driver for agency and partner relationships such as PR, brand/creative and social
- Driver for all commercial and mass market strategies
- Global head for direct sales and Travel Industry relationships
- Develops communication and integration approach (e.g., weekly or monthly conference calls; quarterly summit; eNewsletter, etc.) Holds regular, regional brand reviews to align and implement strategy consistently within regions
- Develops and delivers (where available) sales discipline training to Directors of Sales and Marketing
- Leads sales and ecommerce knowledge-sharing/best practices across regions

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or hotel management, from 4 year college or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Lifestyle hotel regional sales experience is required.
- Ability to travel 30%
- Experience with CRM systems and Delphi.
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
