Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
As the SVP of Technology, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving technology strategy and execution. You will lead the technology division to develop and implement innovative solutions that align with business objectives and enhance our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with the companies business goals.
  • Lead the technology team to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Identify and assess emerging technology trends.

Team Management

  • Build and mentor a high-performing technology team.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development.

Technology Implementation

  • Oversee client tech solution implementations.
  • Ensure deployments meet business requirements and industry standards.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish best practices for infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of client solutions in new geographies.
  • Maintain high availability, scalability, and reliability of systems.
  • Manage technology budgets.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with executives and department heads to meet business needs.
  • Advise the COO and Executive Leadership on technology opportunities and challenges.

Vendor And Partner Management

  • Develop relationships with key technology vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.

Risk Management

  • Ensure security compliance and certification.
  • Mitigate technology risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years in technology leadership with a track record of innovation.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging technologies, software development, and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience managing large, diverse teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Business acumen and ability to align technology strategies with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing technology budgets.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory complianc
