Senior Vice President of Wealth Management & Portfolio Advisory

Are you a passionate, collaborative, and ethical finance professional ready to take your career to the next level? This senior role involves being a key player in managing client portfolios, ensuring exceptional service, and driving impactful financial strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily client portfolio management, including asset allocation, performance, and trading.
  • Collaborate with clients’ external advisors, such as attorneys and tax accountants, to deliver comprehensive advisory services.
  • Provide proactive client support on market trends, tax law changes, trust and estate matters, and other wealth management issues.
  • Manage client meetings, coordinate agendas and materials with senior team members, and guide junior staff in their contributions.
  • Actively participate in client meetings to foster meaningful changes and improvements.
  • Contribute to internal strategy discussions and offer insights to enhance firm-wide initiatives.
  • Assist new clients in setting investment goals as they join the firm.
  • Build and maintain relationships with service providers to benefit the client base.
  • Share expertise in sales and marketing efforts to attract new clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in portfolio management and client service.
  • Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Strong familiarity with various aspects of portfolio management.
  • A collaborative team player who integrates seamlessly into existing client relationship teams.
  • Highly motivated, ethical, and professionally mature.

Qualifications

  • Series 65 exam required, unless you hold one of the following:
    • A passed Series 65 exam (valid and unexpired).
    • Passed both Series 7 & 66 exams (valid and unexpired).
    • Active CFA or CFP designation.

Additional Information

The base salary ranges from \(125,000 to \)160,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors. This range is part of a comprehensive compensation package that may include bonuses and other benefits. This position is at-will, with the company reserving the right to adjust salary and benefits based on performance and market conditions.
