Senior VP of Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior VP of Operations to oversee our insurance management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient project management and data analytics to improve our healthcare insurance industry performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to all operational functions of the company
• Manage and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for health insurance lifecycle processes, including underwriting, reinsurance, and claims management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to achieve operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Lead and mentor a team of high-performing operations professionals
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including brokers and carriers
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in insurance management with a focus on healthcare insurance industry
• Proven expertise in project management, data analytics, and KPI analysis
• Experience in implementing health insurance systems to improve operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle processes, including underwriting, reinsurance, and claims management
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
