Your Role at Kosas
We’re looking for a Senior Writer who’s not only great with words, but able to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively. You’ll be an essential part of bringing the overall voice and vibe of Kosas to life, so a creative thinker with a sense of initiative is a must.
Your work will span from writing social, SMS, and influencer mailer copy to assisting with product naming and campaign concepting. We’re looking for someone passionate about beauty, who loves staying on top of cultural and social trends and brings new ideas to ensure our messaging is fresh, relevant, and uniquely Kosas. You will report to the Head of Editorial Brand Strategy.
How You'll Contribute
Execute (and update) key messaging across channels including site, social, email, paid media, visual merchandising, product copy, SMS, etc
Write Social + SMS copy
Identify best practices, trends, and fresh content ideas to drive performance on key digital, organic, and paid social channels.
Support Head of Editorial Brand Strategy in creating impactful, on-brand messaging.
Partner with design, marketing, and other teams to develop and align on copy for channels
Create promo, GWP, sales copy
Proofread product copy across FAQs, packaging, VM, and site assets
What You'll Bring
5+ years as a copywriter, experience with similar scope of responsibilities
Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills
Attention to detail is a must
Experience and passion for beauty, social, and the rapidly evolving digital landscape
Impeccable project management, organization, and communication skills
Experience working with a defined brand voice
Experience writing copy in various digital channels (site, social, email, etc)
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred
Familiar with project management platforms like Asana

The range of base salary for full-time position is between $115,000-$125,000 per year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
