About The Position
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Servers to join our team at Treetops Resort! The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
Engage with guests to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately.
Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements
Minimum age of 18 years.
Previous experience as a server.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
