Rodman Ford Sales, Inc. is seeking a motivated full-time Service Advisor. From greeting customers to explaining repairs and selling work, our advisors provide an excellent service experience!

Duties Include:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Overseeing technicians/jobs
  • Create/Manage Repair Orders
  • Work with warranty administrator to complete warranty claims
  • Answering a multi-line phone system
  • Cashiering
  • Other various tasks assigned by the manager


Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE FORD EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Exceptional phone and customer service skills
  • Reliable
  • Professional in all aspects of the job
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Positive attitude
