We are looking for a Service Desk Manager for a client in the Houston, TX area. Candidates must be local to Houston to be considered. This position is direct hire and includes great benefits such as an annual bonus and PTO.
This position will be responsible for the IT customer support team. You will get the opportunity to work directly with senior management including the c-suite level. Responsibilities include creating and tracking KPIs for the team to improve their efficiency and focus on customer service.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience implementing metrics, KPIs and processes for a technical support team
- Analyzing data and creating reports to review a technical support team's performance
- Experience utilizing a ticketing management solution
