Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager at Max Motors Dealerships in Kansas City, MO. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service technicians, and maximizing department profitability.


Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive service management, customer service, and staff supervision
  • Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in dealership operations is a plus
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred
