Responsibilities:
Maintain vendor relationship with ServiceNow
Act as the SME for the business users
Contribute to software asset management strategy

Experience with ServiceNow
Experience communicating with users and creating strategy
Able to continue growing knowledge base through independent learning
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Certifications in ServiceNow
Experience as a ServiceNow SME
