Responsible for configuring and integrating pre-built ServiceNow capabiliites including Asset Management, Risk Management and Incident Management. The SDNow portal provides on demand access to manage, track and report on transition performance. * Will leverage the Service Now platform to design, develop and integrate additional functionality,
Will work collaboratively to establish integrations in the Service Now instance, including the SDNow portal.
Work collaboratively to create dashboards and reports within SDNow to monitor performance in near-real time.
Work collaboratively to create ticket workflows including automated triage and issue escalation.
Workcollaboratively to create workflows to track all aspects of onboarding, clearing and training staff.
Identify additional ServiceNow capabilities to benefit the program
Support decision making of the program team with analysis and recommendations regarding implementation os ServiceNow modules.
Designing, developing, and deployment with the ServiceNow platform.
Migrating data from different tools into Service Now.
Creating reports and dashborard within ServiceNow.
Creating and modifying workflows within ServiceNow. REQUIRED SKILL SETS/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATES:
Associate degree, related field
Certificate required: Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Implementation experience 3 to 5years experience in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approach. CLEARANCE LEVEL: Secret
