Showroom Sales Representative - Dallas

We are seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join our Dallas team. This Sale Representative will be responsible for helping to grow the showroom sales territory through engaging with clients in the showroom, strategic outreach, sales techniques, consistent account management and hosting events. The key element of success in this role is building and maintaining relationships with the Dallas interior design community. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter, entrepreneurial, eager to foster and build relationships, service oriented, and driven to close sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish the Schumacher brand and presence in Dallas and the surrounding areas
  • Engage with new interior designers and maintain relationships with existing interior design clientele to drive business.
  • Utilize client outreach, sales techniques, cross-selling, and sales reports to develop and implement a sales strategy and help reach the overall sales goal.
  • Build a strong customer following and fellowship through consistent delivery of the highest quality product and client service.
  • Partner with clients to explore and identify all needs within each project.
  • Place and follow up on customer orders; work with internal Support Teams to troubleshoot client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Keep showroom accounts up to date on new product and offerings through a targeted outreach strategy.
  • Expand your working knowledge of our Schumacher collections to become a trusted expert through product knowledge
  • Utilize and expand Schumacher’s presence through online and digital channels (social media, email marketing, etc).
