Keller Executive Search is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Snr Property Manager Strategy and Operation to join our client's team in Boise, Idaho. Our client is a leading real estate company specializing in property management and development. As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction, coaching and supervision for the team
- Understanding and implementing a highly effective marketing and leasing program together with a deep understanding of accounting and finance
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, financial management, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
- Supervise property management staff and contractors, ensuring the highest level of service delivery
- Monitor property performance, analyze market trends, and make recommendations for property improvements or expansions
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and accounting, to ensure seamless property operations
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial and residential properties
- Experience in implementing a highly effective marketing and leasing programs
- Strong knowledge of real estate industry regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proven track record of achieving occupancy and financial targets
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- This is a full-time position based in Boise, Idaho
