Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social/Lifestyle/Activity Director located in Naples, FL. The Social Director will be responsible for planning and implementing recreational programs, coordinating events, managing budgets, and ensuring residents' overall well-being. The Social Director will also collaborate with other team members to create a vibrant and engaging community atmosphere.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Experience in recreational activities and event planning
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Background in therapeutic recreation or related field
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience working with diverse populations
Previous experience in the property management industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Recreation or related field is preferred
