Key Responsibilities
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and feedback.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Assist in the creation of visual content such as graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
