Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management:
Craft and curate compelling content tailored to each social media platform, maintaining brand voice and aesthetic
Manage content creation process, from ideation to execution, including creating digital assets, and gathering assets from creative team
Utilize platforms like Planoly to schedule and organize content for optimal performance
Trend Analysis and Innovation:
Stay on top of social media trends and emerging platforms to continuously evolve and optimize their social media strategies
Incorporate innovative approaches into content creation and engagement strategies to attract and retain their target audience
Community Engagement:
Monitor and manage their brand's presence on various social media platforms, actively engaging with their community, addressing inquiries, and fostering a positive brand experience
Cultivate meaningful interactions with their audience to build brand loyalty and advocacy
Cross-Platform Coordination:
Develop and maintain a cohesive content calendar across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand objectives
Coordinate with other departments to integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for optimization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
Proficiency in content capture, editing, and posting, with knowledge of tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and technologies in social media.
Excellent organizational, communication, and creative skills.
