As a Social Media Coordinator, you will:
Write copy for monthly social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business
Create and curate memes and other social media content
Update social media content library
Coordinate graphic creation with designer
Work with creative team to implement paid social media advertising campaigns
Respond to customer comments on social media platforms
Optimize social strategy to improve performance
Schedule social media content in third-party software
Update Google Business Profile Offers for small business clients
Onboard and maintain client social accounts
Keep up with social media trends
Review social content for grammar, spelling, and correct information
Implement changes based on client and team feedback
Occasionally write copy for one-off email and other marketing campaigns
Occasionally schedule and send one-off campaigns in client’s CRMs
