ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Executive who loves working with fast growing, consumer facing digital content brands with loads of potential. WeRise is an ambitious and fast-moving business and we need people who embrace this ethos.

The ideal candidate will love working with plenty of autonomy and bringing an entrepreneurial flair to the role, which is focussed on growing our brand audience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all social media content across WeRise and Zentoa social platforms
• Curate an organic social media calendar and schedule content across all brand owned social channels including Instagram, and launch brand's TikTok channels.
• Launch a UGC + influencer content plan for both brands and brief, review and approve content delivered by them to be used as collab posts or UGC content.
• Self-shoot content for WeRise and Zentoa - must be confident in making trend-focussed and relevant content that's Instagram and TikTok optimised.
• Brief client on content requirements for WeRise and Zentoa social platforms, and plan shoot days with the client in LA to capture content on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Oversee all community management across all platforms on a daily basis.
• Plan and run community events and marketing activations with the Marketing Manager for Zentoa and WeRise.
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

Ideal Skills + Experience:

• 1 year in a Social Media role, ideally for a brand
• Ability to create unique content
• Understanding trends and how to execute them for different brands
• Expert in social-first content
• Knowing what a creator should post aligned with the industry to push their brands and stand out
• Basic editing skills to be able to curate content using social media apps, canva, capcut or equivalent.
• Copywriting skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful hook using captions, to using effective storytelling techniques

Role Details:

• Based in Los Angeles
• Role is hybrid working, split between working from home and working from our Spring Place office in Beverley Hills 
• Role requires candidate to be able to meet Senada and other subject matter experts in person for shoots, meetings, content drives etc. from time to time
