Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented Senior Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media marketing strategies, managing our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• At least 4 years of work experience in social media management, including content strategy, community management, and paid social media
• Hands on experience in content management
• Marketing experience is a plus
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media campaigns
• Strong project management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new things and take on new challenges
• Must have B2B experience and be able to analyze and build reports for business outcomes
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful social media strategy across multiple platforms (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly called Twitter).
• Provide reports to the top management regarding the performance of the team, social media platforms and other social-media related initiatives.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
• Monitor social media channels for trending topics and news stories relevant to the company and its industry.
• Generate new ideas for social media campaigns and content initiatives that align with business goals
• Analyze social media analytics to track growth and engagement, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other team to ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
