- The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- The role includes developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, identifying new opportunities for growth, managing multiple social media accounts, managing advertising budgets and tracking ad ROI’s as well as analyzing and reporting campaign results
- Support social media and influencer marketing campaigns and strategy, including product and sample management, influencer product seeding, strategic campaign development, etc
- Craft social posts for all brand channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, and YouTube that express our brands unique voice and engage existing and new audiences
- Work directly in the content management system and coordinate with the Concept Director on the calendar and copy
- Stay abreast of new trends and capabilities across social media landscape to source brand appropriate and innovative opportunities
- Culture vulture who stays on top of trends and has a love of pop culture which translates to our social media strategy and voice
- Demonstrate effective, clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Has knowledge of digital landscapes and a passion for social media
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management
- Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics platforms to optimize social media performance
- Ability to analyze and report on social media metrics
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a strong understanding of how-to tailor content for each platform
