Job Overview:

You will be responsible for developing and executing a winning social media strategy across various platforms, fostering a thriving online community, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This candidate will work closely with the Content Marketing team on content creation and thinking creatively to keep channels interesting, engaging, and elevated.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy:
  • Analyze current social media trends and competitor activity.
  • Define clear social media goals aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Develop content pillars, themes, and calendars for each platform.
  • Identify target audience segments and tailor content accordingly.


  • Facilitate community management:
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively initiate conversations and build relationships with our audience.
  • Moderate online communities and address any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Foster a positive and engaging online brand presence.


  • Manage social media publishing and reporting:
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
  • Develop and drive a social media calendar: curating content, editing, and copywriting.
  • Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance, compile analytics, create reports on key metrics, and analyze data to recommend strategic changes.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders:
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts support broader goals.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach.

Ensure all social content and messaging adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent brand voice and image that aligns with each social platform’s specific audience



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing social media across multiple platforms, including TikTok and Instagram within a creative led, startup brand or agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Experience using third party social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and their unique functionalities.

Up-to-date on the last social media trends, videos, and culturally relevant content

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and a knack for storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Passion for building and engaging with online communities.
  • Familiarity with social media AI tools preferred.

  • Experience working with Apple products and accessories.
  • A strong visual eye and understanding of design principles.
