Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee community management and content strategies for Spotify Podcasts & Audiobooks. You will report to the Associate Director of Content & Engagement and collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Strategists.
Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Actively engage online communities, identify new opportunities for brand insertion, and foster real-time interactions that enhance brand presence.
- Content Management: Publish compelling, brand-aligned content across platforms, ensuring accuracy and engagement while maintaining a strategic content calendar.
- Platform Optimization: Implement best practices for content publishing across client-specific platforms to maximize visibility and impact.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Content & Engagement Managers, Editors, Copywriters, and Designers to ensure seamless execution of content strategies.
- 2-3+ years of experience in digital content management, preferably in an agency setting with entertainment or brand clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in content management systems and basic image editing tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
