Responsibilities for the Social Media Strategist:

• Manage and operate global social media channels across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, including content calendar planning and community management.
• Lead and execute social media campaigns, effectively prioritizing tasks and solving problems.
• Collaborate with various teams (Community, Brand, Creative, Editorial, Influencer, PR) to develop integrated campaigns and strategies focused on player engagement and social media optimization.
• Conduct social listening and manage reactive communications as needed.
• Build connections with existing and new players through user-generated content curation and amplification.
• Foster global social conversations, develop engaged communities, and propose innovative engagement strategies.
• Identify and leverage gaming and social media trends to inspire relevant content and drive innovation.

Qualifications for the Social Media Strategist:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building, executing, and scaling social media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong track record of audience growth and achieving metrics.
• Strong skills in social media listening, community engagement, and outreach.
• Proficiency in major social media platforms, with experience optimizing content for TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
