The Role
The Sr Performance Manager is responsible for providing proactive post-implementation support for all assigned customers. The focus of this support is to drive software utilization, increase trip count and build overall customer satisfaction with RedCap.
What You’ll Do
Complete simple to moderately complex tasks related to consultations for customers
Develop professional relationships at assigned customer sites
Assist with on-site installations as needed
Work independently with minimal supervision
Develop a client specific strategy for each underperforming dealer in efforts to encourage usage of RedCap
Be a company wide resource for the product as well as assigned customers
Provide leads for additional products and services RedCap currently offers or will offer in the future
Provide leads for RedCap products at additional dealerships
Monitor usage of RedCap solutions at assigned customer sites to uncover potential unhappy customers
Updates Salesforce with all relevant activity on a timely basis
Completes all assigned projects by requested deadlines
What You’ll Bring
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience presenting to high-level managers, groups and One-on-One
5+ years of experience working directly with customers
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with Salesforce
Experience in the automotive industry – Retail, Manufacturer or Vendor
Ability to conduct on-line consulting engagements
All other related and/or additional responsibilities that may be required or assigned
A field based position
Extensive travel may be required – up to 100%
Ability to obtain a personal credit card in order to rent cars, purchase airline tickets, etc
