Job Title: Software Developer

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design, code, test, and deploy software applications according to specifications.
  • Maintain and improve existing software by troubleshooting issues and implementing updates.
  • Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to create high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation for software applications and development processes.
  • Contribute to agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with frameworks and libraries such as Spring, .NET, React, Angular, or Django.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
