Are you looking for an opportunity where you would manage a team of Software Developers? Do you have have software development management or lead experience and looking to take your career to the next level? This role is leading a team of 5-7 individuals who are rolling out new features and functions to our software application and supporting existing clients who may need new features and functions. You will be managing a team of Developers using technologies such as C#.Net, Java, SQL and SSIS for development technologies. We are looking for someone that has a development background and has moved up to want to manage others. This role is part people manager as well as technical lead.
We are based in the Roswell/Alpharetta area and the role would involve some hybrid work so you would need to come into the office as needed. This may be 3-4 days in a week and in other cases, you may work remotely all week. It will vary. We do want someone with a development background that has come up through the ranks and is looking for a role managing and leading other software developers.
What experience is required?
5 years plus of software development management or team lead experience
5 years plus senior programming experience, preferably in a large-scale transaction processing or other complex systems.
Ability to supervise development support activity during as well as outside of normal office hours.
Familiar with current software design methodology and architecture.
Experienced with industry standard Source Control/Configuration tools.
Experience with real-time server programming, high availability environment programming and User interface implementation a plus.
