We're on the lookout for dynamic sales leaders who are driven by self-motivation and are committed to delivering unparalleled sales and customer service experiences. Our aim is to assist customers in transitioning to sustainable practices, saving on costs, and enhancing their property value.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with potential and existing customers, guiding homeowners through the significance of solar energy and actively securing their business.
• Educate consumers on the advantages of solar energy, emphasizing cost savings, environmental benefits, and clean energy initiatives.
• Demonstrate proficiency in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Utilize provided warm leads daily, supplemented with personal leads and referrals.
• Ensure effective communication with customers throughout the sales and installation process to maintain a high standard of service.
  
  

Qualifications:

• While experience in solar sales is preferred, it is not mandatory. We prioritize individuals with the personality traits essential for success in this dynamic field.
• Previous sales experience, particularly with high-value items (exceeding $10,000), is advantageous but not obligatory.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and high energy levels throughout the sales cycle.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possession of persuasive abilities, persistence, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to be coached and a commitment to continuous learning.
