Our aim is to assist customers in transitioning to sustainable practices, saving on costs, and enhancing their property value.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with potential and existing customers, guiding homeowners through the significance of solar energy and actively securing their business.
- Educate consumers on the advantages of solar energy, emphasizing cost savings, environmental benefits, and clean energy initiatives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Utilize provided warm leads daily, supplemented with personal leads and referrals.
- Ensure effective communication with customers throughout the sales and installation process to maintain a high standard of service.
- While experience in solar sales is preferred, it is not mandatory. We prioritize individuals with the personality traits essential for success in this dynamic field.
- Previous sales experience, particularly with high-value items (exceeding $10,000), is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and high energy levels throughout the sales cycle.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possession of persuasive abilities, persistence, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to be coached and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Pre-set and pre-qualified appointments provided daily (4-5 qualified appointments per day guaranteed.)
- Competitive compensation package with uncapped commission potential.
- Monthly income ranging from $6,000 to $20,000+.
