  • Responsibilities
  • Lead project implementations and product configurations for client accounts
  • Efficiently manage the design process, defining a solution which accurately aligns Medable’s software and capabilities with study scope
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Medable's software, technology, and processes to be able to guide a client to the best use of Medable's platform to meet their needs
  • Collect and record study requirements, ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation of the design elements necessary to deliver the defined solution
  • Create and manage detailed project plans to ensure deliverables are complete on time
  • Establish and manage project timelines and objectives, driving them to timely completion
  • Proactively identify and addresses issues or risks
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and work to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction
  • Provide technical/product training and support and explain complex technical topics in an easy to understand way to non-technical audience
  • Prepare, report on, and distribute progress reports
  • Effectively prioritize own and workload of other team members, facilitating collaboration across multiple divisions within the company
  • Manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team

  • Experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Experience leading project implementations and product configurations to meet client requirements and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
  • Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process
  • Ability to understand and interpret clinical trial documentation such as protocols, clinical data models and other eClinical data collection instruments
  • Demonstrates experience in interpretation of client requirements to prepare and document design specifications
  • Experience creating and managing project plans
  • Experience with clinical trial (ePRO, EDC, mobile) or healthcare software solutions
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
  • Skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Adept at solving complicated technical problems and conversing with clients
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging timelines
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
  • Smartsheets or equivalent project management software
  • Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides or equivalent office software
  • JIRA or equivalent bug-tracking software
  • Education, Certifications, Licenses
  • Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent experience
  • Travel Requirements
