About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural designs and technical specifications for .NET and Azure-based solutions tailored to the mortgage industry.
  • Provide guidance and leadership in the selection of technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to meet project objectives and business requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, best practices, and quality standards.
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of solutions to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges related to architecture and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation, including design diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guides.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with strong expertise in .NET and Azure technologies.
  • Proven experience in the mortgage industry, with a deep understanding of mortgage processes, systems, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in .NET frameworks, Azure cloud services (including but not limited to Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database), and related technologies.
  • Experience in integrating AI technologies, including machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), GenAI into mortgage-related processes
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.


Desired Qualifications:

· Service industry/ Consulting experience


Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $150,0000- $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.


This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
