We seek a dynamic and skilled individual to fill the pre/post-sales Solutions Architect role. It's an exceptional opportunity to work with world-class customers using Netris solutions to enable high-performance Nvidia AI Networking clusters. You will be part of building some of the largest and most advanced AI/GPU clusters in the world. The ideal candidate will possess an expert background in Network Engineering and Architecture, demonstrate broad technical and troubleshooting skills in networking, and have the perfect ability to communicate effectively with customers' management and engineering leadership. You shall be good at "selling the pen" as well as being a "kick-ass network engineer" with an open mind to learn to do things differently. 


Key Responsibilities:


Pre-Sales Engineering:


  •  Participate in sales calls with technical management and network architects.
  •  Showcase and demonstrate network infrastructure software solutions for AI GPU clusters and enterprise data centers.
  •  Listen to prospects' needs and propose tailored solutions using our technology.


Post-Sales Engineering:


  •  Work closely with prospects to conduct testing and proof of concepts (POCs).
  •  Assist prospects in implementing the proposed network infrastructure solutions.
  •  Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the successful deployment and operation of the solutions.


Solution Architecture:


  •  Design and architect network solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
  •  Utilize in-depth knowledge of network engineering and architecture to create robust, scalable, and efficient network systems.
  •  Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions that align with their business goals.


Technical Skills Needed:


Network Engineering and Architecture:

  • Expertise in designing and implementing complex network systems.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.


CCIE Level Certification:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in networking at an expert level, with CCIE certification being highly desirable.


Linux Networking Skills:

  • Excellent skills in Linux networking, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting.


Network Troubleshooting:

  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving network issues quickly and effectively.


Nvidia AI Network Engineering:

  • Experience with Nvidia AI networking technologies is a major plus.


Soft Skills:


Communication:

  • Perfect communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong listening skills to understand client needs and concerns.


Sales Acumen:

  • Ability to "sell the pen" – persuasive and effective in demonstrating the value of our solutions to potential clients.


Open-Minded and Willing to Learn:

  • Enthusiastic about learning and doing some things differently.
  • Culture of continuous improvement 


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in network infrastructure pre-sales and post-sales roles.
  • Strong background in network engineering and architecture, with CCIE-level expertise.
  • Excellent Linux networking and network troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Nvidia AI network engineering is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, technical management, and clients to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn and grow within the role.
