Responsibilities
Lead data strategy, governance, and solution implementation projects to maximize client investments in Oracle Data and Analytics.
Work alongside a diverse team of analysts, architects, and developers to achieve exceptional results for clients.
Design data architecture and analytics solutions to meet business objectives such as cost reduction, customer experience enhancement, and improved operational efficiency.
Conduct hands-on data analysis to refine processes and outcomes for clients.
Manage project timelines, risks, and resources for timely delivery and successful implementation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive data solutions that help clients remain competitive in a rapidly evolving business environment.
Utilize Oracle products (e.g., OFSAA, ADW, FAW, OAC) alongside technologies like Power BI, AWS, and Microsoft Azure to create innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years in data strategy, governance, and analytics implementation.
Proven ability to lead teams on large-scale data and analytics projects, both on-site and offshore.
Proficiency in Oracle Data and Analytics products, with additional knowledge of automation tools like Alteryx, UiPath, and Power BI.
Strong understanding of finance systems, including general ledgers, finance data warehouses, and related applications.
Familiarity with cloud-based data and analytics solutions and agile data modeling techniques.
Excellent communication skills, able to present complex ideas simply to stakeholders at all levels.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and with clients.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: \(100,000 - \)232,000 (based on experience and location).
