Solutions Engineer
As one of our Solutions Engineers, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with our top (and future) customers, providing support for the technical elements of the sales cycle, being the go-to resource for the sales team, and do critical work that will impact thousands of end customers affected by our embedded iPaaS product. You’ll help to enable, support and educate B2B SaaS prospects on their technical set up and use of our products and help us scale, rolling up your sleeves with video calls and recordings, technical documentation, and other collateral you produce to drive deals forward.

- Provide technical and engineering support, troubleshooting guidance, and help customers understand how best to utilize all of Alloy’s features
- Dive into the API docs of 3rd party apps in order to diagnose issues, scope out workflows, create tickets and help develop solutions or work with the engineering team

- You don’t shy away from detective work and problem solving (even when the answer isn’t obvious); finding solutions to problems excites you and you’re comfortable with the unknown and ambiguous.
- You’re naturally curious and confident, love to ask questions, think on your feet, and bring a solutions-oriented approach
- You’re a maestro when it comes to customer and project management – super-organized and time-management is second nature to you. This is important as you’ll need to context-shift and pivot when working on several projects and priorities at the same time.
