Amazon University TA, Recruiting team is seeking a talented Recruiter that will support hiring for Campus talent.
In this role, you will: -
- Partner with the business teams across to understand hiring needs
- Build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an on early career talent strategy.
- Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
- Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
