Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Spa Manager to oversee our spa operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the wellness industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive the spa's success.

This position has responsibility for supervising, scheduling and coordinating activities of Associates and delivering spa services, including salon, skin care, program coordinating, reservations, and reception desk, massage and locker room areas. Position focuses on ensuring guest and associate satisfaction and achieving the operating budget; and to perform job responsibilities satisfactorily and to according to department standards. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations.Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values. Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance spa revenue and profitability.
• Train, mentor, and motivate spa staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the spa.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with vendors to procure quality products and negotiate favorable terms.
• Implement marketing initiatives to promote spa services and increase clientele.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of inventory management and financial principles.
• Ability to lead a team effectively, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts.
• Familiarity with shift management and overseeing daily operations.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling inquiries and reservations.
