Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Spa Manager at VIO Med Spa located in Glen Mills, PA. The Spa Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including spa management, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, budgeting, and overseeing skin care services. The Spa Manager will work closely with the expert team of medical professionals and practitioners to ensure that guests receive the best recommendations and achieve the desired results.

Experience in budgeting and financial management
Inventory Management
Social media knowlege
Knowledge of skin care treatments and procedures
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
