Manager of Accounting & Technical Accounting Research

Fairview Search Group, LLC is partnering with an industry leading Charlotte based Fortune 500 corporation in its search for a SENIOR LEVEL MANAGER OF ACCOUNTING AND TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING RESEARCH.

The leader is responsible for ensuring that the accounting impacts of the company’s business activities and transactions are properly recorded to the general ledger, and that such accounting impacts and related variances to budget and prior year results, if applicable, are properly presented in internal and/or external financial reports as needed. The leader will also perform technical research for accounting related issues.

Requirements:

• 4 Year degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 8+ years of related Accounting / External Audit experience from a National / Global Public Accounting firm and/or extensive Corporate Accounting and GAAP Technical Accounting experience
• CPA licensure is required
