Sr Agile Coach

  • This is a remote position**

Senior Agile Coach

You will be part of our core Business Agility Team to foster a Lean and Agile Mindset and model Agile behavior within the organization. You will work with internal stakeholders (e.g., from portfolio/product management, research & development, service, and functions) to understand their business needs and develop tailored Agile approaches to add value.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively build a relationship with internal customers to help them see the benefits of Agile and assist them in their own Agile transformation.
  • Support and coach teams, managers and leaders in the adopting and implementing Agile methods.
  • Train, mentor, and coach Agile roles including Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
  • Develop and implement Agile metrics, assess current practices and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Organize and promote events such as Agile Talks, Agile Coffees, Agile Conferences, Communities of Practice (CoP) and Agile Community events, as well as identify internal Agile Coaches and develop this community.
  • Create engaging content, including training and workshop materials (including templates), social media posts, and blog articles.
  • Conduct training sessions and interactive workshops on Agile principles, advanced practices, frameworks, and role-specific skills including for scaled Agility.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Know How:

  • You hold a university degree in areas such as leadership and organizational development, innovation management or in a technical field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., eXtreme Programming (XP), Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Flight Levels). Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile hardware development and Lean methodologies.
  • Agile Board with Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Business fluent English
  • Several years (5+) of professional experience as an Agile Coach (or as a Scrum Master), ideally also at enterprise level.

  • Effective communication skills and passion for coaching various stakeholders and teams.
  • Autonomy (self-management), strong networking skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • The understanding that Agility is not an end in itself.
  • High analytical skills and organizational talent.
  • Ability to inspire and influence without formal authority.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
