Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Auditor in the Financial Services industry. As a Sr. Auditor, you will be primarily involved in executing work and fieldwork related to Treasury QA. This role requires a keen ability to process customer applications, maintain accurate customer records, resolve customer inquiries, and monitor customer accounts.
Responsibilities
Execute Treasury QA work and perform fieldwork
Process and accurately manage customer credit applications
Maintain and update customer credit records
Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and reliable service
Utilize auditing skills to constantly improve our processes and operations
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Provide insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement based on audit findings
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial services regulatory standards.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in the Financial Services industry.
Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Demonstrate proven proficiency in auditing processes and methodologies.
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Show strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.
Have a strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
Be proficient in using financial software and databases.
Show a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Show a strong commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Be willing to undertake continuous professional development to stay updated with industry changes and advancements.
