Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Auditor in the Financial Services industry. As a Sr. Auditor, you will be primarily involved in executing work and fieldwork related to Treasury QA. This role requires a keen ability to process customer applications, maintain accurate customer records, resolve customer inquiries, and monitor customer accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Treasury QA work and perform fieldwork
  • Process and accurately manage customer credit applications
  • Maintain and update customer credit records
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and reliable service
  • Utilize auditing skills to constantly improve our processes and operations
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Provide insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement based on audit findings
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial services regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in the Financial Services industry.
  • Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrate proven proficiency in auditing processes and methodologies.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.
  • Have a strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
  • Be proficient in using financial software and databases.
  • Show a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Show a strong commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards.
  • Be willing to undertake continuous professional development to stay updated with industry changes and advancements.
