Sr. Clinical Trial Manager- Oncology

Connect Life Sciences is in search of a. Clinical Trial Manager for a remote position.

Candidates must have a solid background in Oncology, specific to solid tumor. Ideal candidate would be candidates with oncology experience. Candidates who have experience at emerging biotech companies are the best fit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Global Clinical drug logistics for at least one clinical trial, including:

• Management of site supply inventory against local depot inventory
• Ability to estimate patient drug needs determined by body surface area dosing
• Collaboration with CMC functional representatives on vendor management
• Ability to conduct reconciliation of trial data and/or supplies against data sources across a clinical trial, and develop reports to study lead(s)
• Attends study-related meetings, including vendor / CRO project meetings and functional area-specific meetings
• Manage ancillary study vendors, including management of study timelines, and ensures timely reporting of study metrics to line and/or executive management
• Tracks key performance indicators of GCP/study compliance and develops corrective action plans as required
• Provides input for definition of new or revised process development, problem solving, training, as needed
• Performs all responsibilities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, established guidelines and work instructions, and appropriate industry, FDA, ICH guidelines and Good Clinical Practices

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant degree or certification
• At least 5 years of experience including oncology-related trials
• Portfolio of past work
• Able to prioritize and manage your schedule
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong time-management, communication, and organizational skills
