The Virtual Interim Resources Will Provide The Following Services
Manage Member's contracts and ensure agreements are renewed prior to expiration.
Prioritize projects, lead negotiations, manage requests for information, requests for proposal processes, facilitate team support, and document business relationship(s) with supplier(s).
Analyze costs and financial implications of Member's contracting activities.
Negotiate Member's contracts, as necessary.
Develop objectives and implement sourcing strategies with Member's leadership.
Submit agreements in order to facilitate data systems upload and ensure contracts are implemented properly.
Compile and communicate Member's pipeline of opportunities and the performance of the opportunities that are implemented by Member's supply chain and departments; and
Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and Member's code of conduct.
