Role Overview
As a Senior Director of Labor Support & Performance Enhancement, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize labor management and enhance performance across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to improve labor productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with facility executives and department managers to identify opportunities for productivity enhancement.
Provide training and support to ensure effective utilization of productivity tools and resources.
Conduct regular analysis to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee daily operations and policies to support cost reduction and system utilization goals.
Serve as a resource for best practices and performance improvement projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with 5-7 years in a relevant role.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement techniques.
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
