THE JOB

Responsibilities

This is a Sr Director of Surgical Services and Anesthesia position and requires someone who has Director of Surgical services with Bachelors. As a Sr Director of Surgical Services and Anesthesia your roles and responsibilities will include:

• The Senior Director of Physician Practices provides support and oversight to multiple Directors to ensure practices provide the highest quality services in a cost effective and efficient manner.
• This position serves as the primary point person for practice management and operations management of all practices and interfaces with Senior Leadership on both an ad-hoc and standing committee participation basis.
• Position provides operational management, budgeting guidance, business analysis, and the development and implementation of programs and initiatives designed to support the achievement of organizational goals and mission.
• Responsible for coordination of organization wide projects and ensures that all practices and Directors are working towards common goals and standardized procedures and processes.
• Works independently.
• Demonstrates ability to exercise judgement and capable of making decisions.
• Reports to the Senior Vice President Pediatric Associates.
