This role will support member engagement data needs and communication orchestration efforts for Medicare population.
The role is one of the key stable team resources needed to execute Medicare Advantage member engagement work
Understanding of how business requirements translate into need for data and how to manipulate, merge, and create datasets and analytics output with high levels of complexity
Ability to collaborate and communicate with various business partners and gather and deliver upon appropriate requirements and specifications
Strong data manipulation abilities using SQL and Tableau
Experience:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, including creation of automations and reporting within the platform
Advanced Excel skills (including ability to create Macros to achieve efficiency)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with Databricks, Stonebranch
Health care industry experience, familiarity with Medicare Advantage plans and membership
Marketing analytics and member engagement background
