Base pay range
Responsibilities:
- Employment Law Compliance:
- Stay abreast of local and national employment laws and regulations.
- Advise leadership on legal implications and ensure company policies align with current legislation.
- Compensation Oversight:
- Provide high-level guidance on compensation models.
- Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure competitive and fair pay structures.
- Organizational Planning:
- Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Contribute to workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Recruitment Expertise:
- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Facilitate effective onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain an understanding of industry best practices and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Organizational Development:
- Drive initiatives for employee development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.
- Employee Relations, Safety, and Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, promoting a positive work environment.
- Support safety initiatives and compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a thriving workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HRBP with a focus on employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, and development.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with high-level compensation models.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
