Responsibilities:

  1. Employment Law Compliance:
  • Stay abreast of local and national employment laws and regulations.
  • Advise leadership on legal implications and ensure company policies align with current legislation.
  1. Compensation Oversight:
  • Provide high-level guidance on compensation models.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure competitive and fair pay structures.
  1. Organizational Planning:
  • Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  1. Recruitment Expertise:
  • Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate effective onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain an understanding of industry best practices and innovative recruitment strategies.
  1. Organizational Development:
  • Drive initiatives for employee development, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.
  1. Employee Relations, Safety, and Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Support safety initiatives and compliance with workplace safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a thriving workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP with a focus on employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, and development.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with high-level compensation models.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
