Onsite Requirements:

• Windows background experience
• Management/Lead experience
• NIST/CMMC.

Job Description:

• Install, upgrade, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user hardware (laptops, cell phones, etc.) and software as well as all network connections to deliver required service levels. Recommend and implement improvement ideas. (20%)
• Maintain support and compliance to the NIST / CMMC System Security Plan (SSP) for the Defense Business Unit (20%)
• Manages the implementation of new technologies and consults on application projects to ensure the application is utilizing the technology appropriately and ensure the application will integrate into the infrastructure. (20%)
• Administer Active Directory and Office 365 Tenant (10%)
• Maintain Servers to keep them up to date and working correctly (20%)
• IT Lead for Roush Defense on Security IPT; maintain all IT documentation to ensure it is up to date, organized and supports the needs of the Defense business; partner and provide support to ensure all IT needs/compliance requirements are met for Roush Defense. (10%)

Education and Experience (required):

• 4-year college degree in IT related field.
• Knowledge of NIST/CMMC requirements and compliance methods
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure: PC's, printers, telecommunication platforms, Windows servers, and network technology.
• Hands on experience with creating a corporate desktop Operating System Image
• Proven track record with supporting end-users in person, on the phone or using an electronic method of communication.

Education and Experience (preferred):

• Experience with managing a corporate backup solution
• Familiar with LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (wide area network) concepts and configurations such as routing, VPN and cabling
• Knowledge and use of LINUX OS and PowerShell scripting
