Job Overview

This position will be responsible for the Executive Development Strategy including creation, alignment, communication, execution and evolution.

The Sr Leadership Development Consultant is responsible for accelerating the development of directors and above across the organization. The Sr Consultant is a key contributor to executive level talent management action planning and transformational change, providing innovative executive level development programming driving a growth mindset and learning culture. As a leadership consultant, they will interact with executive level leaders from across the business to provide coaching and development, consult with executives and HR team members to develop and shape the leadership strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights to evaluate effectiveness.

Hybrid position based in Bellevue, WA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define a vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for leadership development with a focus in executive development in alignment and in partnership with executives, leadership development collaborators and HR team members.
  • Through instructional techniques and adult learning theories, define, build and monitor highly-effective, frequently-referenced initiatives accessible to all executives in accelerating their development, including executive-level coaching, university programs, internal programming, DE&I offerings, and developmental assessments.
  • Create and deliver executive level presentations in-person and virtually.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with 3rd party executive development partners and lead portfolio of services, contracts, and future enhancements.
  • Enlist executives for commitment and support of executive talent development programs.
  • Be an advocate for executive talent mobility.
  • Lead assessment and evaluation through data analytics from executive development programs and feedback sources to derive key insights on culture and executive career growth.


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business or related area of study or equivalent years of experience (Required)


Work Experience:

  • 4-7 years Experience in leadership development, consulting, learning and/or organizational development or Talent Management with a focus on leading programs (Required)
  • 4-7 years Experience in working with executive levels and building/maintaining strong partnerships (Required)
  • 4-7 years Experience creating and delivering large-scale leadership development initiatives, including design, development, delivery and ongoing operation (Required)

Washington Pay Range: $124,300 - $168,200

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
