[REMOTE] Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney

Location: REMOTE - anywhere in Florida - Offices located in Jacksonville, FL

Salary: up to $250,000 Base (negotiable) + Mo/Qtrly/Annual Bonuses (Total comp= $300k-$400k+)

Bonus Opps: 10% Production/ 10% of origination fees / 5% Consult/ 10% dormant client bonuses

Production Bonus: Target = 1900 hrs/yr (36 hrs/wk); 10% production bonus ($10k+/mo)

Job Type: Full-Time

Billable hours: Target = 1900 hrs/yr (36 hrs/wk) - Negotiable for attorneys seeking fewer hours

Manage diverse commercial litigation caseloads from start to finish

Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals

Stay current on legal developments, regulations, and industry trends

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships

Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement

Identify and seize business development opportunities

Contribute to the development of legal processes and systems

Oversee credit management and billing support activities

[REMOTE] Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney Qualifications

JD and licensed to practice law in Florida required (GA also considered)

8+ years of commercial litigation experience required

3+ years of bench trial, jury trial, and 1st or 2nd chair experience required

Command of statutes and strategies required

Significant Motion Practice Experience Required

Experience conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings required
