The Anywhere Leads Network comprises 500 brokers across Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Corcoran, and Sotheby’s International Realty with 8,000 certified agents. Our programs offer a cashback benefit to participating consumers in addition to the partnership of a certified real estate agent and support from our concierge team. This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing, Anywhere Leads and will be a core member of the Anywhere Leads marketing team.

About this role

We're seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Manager of Network Community Development to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will develop and oversee a comprehensive strategy to cultivate a vibrant and engaged community comprising broker owners, relocation directors, agents, and others within the network. Your expertise and passion for community and communications will be essential in driving growth and loyalty among our network members. The Senior Manager of Network Community Development will have the unique opportunity to shape a leading network's voice and direction. Strategic thinking, marketing skills, and interpersonal communication will be critical in fostering rich engagement and collaboration within our community. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting compelling marketing resources, creating impactful communications content, managing a scalable network advocacy program and be a dynamic public speaker.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a strategy to build a community of engaged broker/owners, relocation directors, and agents.
- Create core marketing resources, including network marketing presentations, partner program assets, website copy, and videos, by tapping into industry insights and our extensive network.
- Create communications content, including email newsletters, network announcements and network webinar and event presentations.
- Create a network advocacy program with a process for capturing network wins/testimonials and distribution strategy.
- Represent the Network in a speaking capacity at virtual and in-person events, celebrations, trainings, and meetings.
- Manage community and experiences in partnership with the network success, client success, events and production teams to develop engagement strategies before, during and after in-person and virtual events.
- Research industry trends and hot topics to keep the Anywhere Leads Network in the conversation.
- Actively monitor industry groups and forums, including the ALN Facebook Group, to keep a pulse on the industry and any conversations that include ALN or its competitors.
- Experiment with new channels, messaging and platforms to expand our community reach.

Requirements

- 8+ years of demonstrated success in cultivating engaged communities and overseeing content management.
- Direct experience in marketing.
- Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations, encompassing a range of contexts and audiences.
- Innovative thinker who recognizes the value of fostering an engaged community.
- Authentic communicator passionate about fostering meaningful relationships.
- Proficiency in copywriting, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing materials.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing systems and best practices to effectively manage and optimize email campaigns.
- Proficiency with MS Office products with mastery of PowerPoint, experience in Canva or Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator desired.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
